Since launching Stepping Up, we have welcomed over 1,000 alumni members, with an impressive 87% progressing into new or enhanced roles after completing the programme.

The confidence and capability developed through Stepping Up are reflected in an average 40% increase in confidence and 60% uplift in leadership skills, providing a strong foundation for personal and professional growth long after the programme ends.

Distributed leadership drives engagement, strengthens performance, and promotes the values of inclusion, equity, and belonging across organisations and communities.
Stepping Up is unique in its design, weaving together leadership theory, peer learning, mentoring, and double-loop learning. 

Participants apply their learning through a work-based project that supports their organisation's mission to become a more inclusive workplace, ensuring a lasting and meaningful impact.

CPD-Accredited Mentoring Programme

A professionally accredited mentoring programme that provides participants with access to membership of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), supporting their ongoing development as mentors and leaders.

Impactful Leadership: Aspiring Directors Programme

Designed in response to popular demand, this next-step leadership programme builds on participants' lived experience and leadership journey.

It is specifically tailored to support talented individuals to break through barriers and progress into senior management and director-level roles.
