Frequently asked questions
My organisation's firewall doesn't allow access to the website or download documents, what should I do?
If your organisation has a strict firewall policy, please introduce us to your IT manager via email (CC matt.gras@steppinguplearningacademy.com), so we can provide security certificates and allow our website to be approved by your security system. However, certain organisations might have very strict policies. If it's the case for your organisation, we would suggest using a personal device to access course material on the learning platform.

PDFs are not working / saving data / showing properly - what should I do?
To download a PDF from the learning platform, look for the tray icon on the top-right corner of the PDF window, and indicate where this file should be downloaded. The download process will start automatically when this option is selected.
Occasionally, some computers will open PDFs via a google browser window - this preview of the document will not allow you to save data and some aspects of layout will be inaccurate. Instead, use acrobat reader (https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/pdf-reader.html) and open the document from your computer. This option will allow you use data input, and to save the document.

Where can I access course documents and presentation slides?
All the necessary documents (such as self-assessments, workbooks, etc) are provided as part of the module progression. For ease of access you can also download these documents in the 'Course Material' folder featured on the main page of your account. This folder will also collect presentation slides and other relevant material of the programme.
I have just finished my first module, can I start the next one now?
In a cohort setting, we encourages participants to learn together so they can reflect and share about key topics of the programme synchronously. As such, the learning modules are delivered at a set date (see learning schedule) so cohort participants can progress together.
